Ross Jenkins

Solicitor

Qualifications: LL.B (Hons.), Dip.L.P., N.P

Originally from Greenock, our Mr Jenkins studied the LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde, graduating in 2017. He commenced a traineeship in private practice before being admitted as a fully qualified solicitor in 2019.

Ross has appeared in Courts all over Scotland, representing clients charged with a wide range of offences, such as assault and contraventions of the Road Traffic Act. He has a particular interest in cases involving persons charged at football matches and was opposed to the, now repealed, Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications Act throughout his time at University.

After gaining an impressive reputation around the Courts, he was hired by our Mr Kinloch in March 2021. Mr Jenkins predominantly works out of our Saracen Street Office, focusing on our extensive criminal practice. His calm, professional and understanding approach has been a huge hit with our clients, who feel confident in his handling of their cases.
